How do I connect/disconnect my FitBit adaptor?

How to connect it:

1. Insert the flat-sided end of the adaptor clip directly into your FitBit watchband’s connection slot (it is magnet so it will click into place)
2. Once it is clicked into place, you can easily connect your watchband

How to disconnect it:

1. Push the button upward on the backside of the FitBit watch to release the adaptor
2. Pull the adaptor from the watchband’s connection slot
