Is there a fee to do a return or exchange?
We do not cover the shipping cost for returns or exchanges. In the event of a return for refund, we will refund your original form of payment less shipping costs. In the event of an exchange, we pay to ship the new product(s) to you. -

Is anything required to be included in the return package?
All you need to include in your package is note or print out of your order number or RMA number so that our team can process your return as quickly as possible. If you are making an exchange, please make sure to include what design, size and quantities you would like! 😉 -
Do I need to return the product in its original packaging?
All returned items need to be in their original packaging with all tags still in place. P.S. We always encourage reusing the shipping packaging if possible to save on waste and money, though it is not required for a return! -
